The hat went with me to France. It went through wind, rain, crushing, a climb up the tallest sand dune in Europe, and even a collision between my head and the lower arch of a Parisian bridge. It was comfortable, and warm during some times of cool, windy weather, and I heartily recommend it. (Just wish I had bought it at the current sale price!)
