With Proper Care, your hat can last a lifetime.

NEVER PINCH THE CROWN (TOP) OF YOUR HAT!! You will crack or break the straw or soil the felt if you pinch the crown hard. Always handle any hat by the brim.
To remove surface dirt from a straw hat, wipe with a clean damp cloth. For a felt hat, use a soft hat brush starting at the left side of the hat and brush counter-clockwise toward the back. Repeat.
If your fur felt hat gets wet, turn down the leather sweatband and stand the hat on the sweatband to dry. Avoid resting the hat on its brim while wet.
